Cocoon Relief

About

About Cocoon Relief.

Cocoon Relief exists to relieve human suffering and help save lives.

Cocoon Relief is emergency shelter infrastructure for situations where safe shelter is unavailable, accommodation is overwhelmed, return is unsafe, or protection is urgently needed. It is designed for sudden accommodation demand, rough sleeping, evacuation, fire, flood, natural disaster, political unrest and war.

Each Cocoon uses advanced 50mm drop-stitch construction to create a waterproof, insulated and private protective space in minutes. The floor, walls and roof form a compact insulated shell that keeps wind out, separates the occupant from cold or damaged ground, and allows body heat to warm the internal space rapidly.

Inside, people can get warm, sleep, keep possessions close, care for a child and regain control over their immediate surroundings.

Cocoon Relief brings modern materials and rapid deployment to one of the most basic human requirements: fast protection when safe shelter is out of reach.
